SCLAD'S SERVICES
SCLAD’s services are delivered by implementing an Individual Service Strategy (ISS), which is designed by the program participant and with their case manager. It is based on the Basic Needs Assessment performed during the participants’ intake process.
Services may include various types of counseling; information and referral; advocacy; periodic monitoring; vocational support; and educational as well as cultural and entertainment activities.
